                          Members

Export all the data of every BID as a zip of CSV files, one per table (members, properties, contacts, activity, projects, history and so on), or import one to replace what's here. Public data isn't included. Changes to the membership (new and gone properties, new ratepayers, empty units, RVs) come from LBC's levy list: load it on in the profile menu.

                          Weekly backups

Every Sunday night everything Export covers is copied and kept, the last three. Download makes one into the same zip as Export, which Import… loads back.

                            Locations

Put members on the right building, and divide buildings the base map draws as one, such as a parade of shops, so each member fills its own unit.

                            Your email templates

Right-click an email address in the Members table or a business's details to write one of these to that person. Fields in angle brackets, such as <first name>, are filled from the contact and their business; you see the email and can change it before it opens in your email program. They're your own: no one else is offered them, though a Super Admin can see them here.

                                Your Outlook logging

Whether the emails and meetings in your own Outlook with members' contacts are logged on their businesses. The app reads your mailbox and calendar (it can't send, change or delete anything): the last month when it opens, then every few minutes while it's open. Anything you mark Private in Outlook isn't read. Your choice is your own; a Super Admin sees it, and how many are waiting in your Review, under Users.

Domains that don't say which business

Someone who isn't a contact yet is suggested in Review when their address is at a domain a member writes from (Email domains, in the business's details). These domains are left out: personal email, and any shared by many organisations.

Projects have a tab of their own, between Members and Review: draw an area, see what it takes in, and tag the members there.

                                Levy

Which RVs the levy is charged on, such as the rating list at the chargeable date: members' RVs are compared with that figure, not the live one, and the levy below uses it.

The BID's levy rules. A property pays when its RV is at or above the threshold.

                                    Data model

The main objects, their key fields and how they link, then every table with all its fields. Read from the database each time the page opens.

                                    Updates

LBC's levy list, which changes members' records only as you accept each change; then the public data sources, and whether a newer release is out.

                                    Public data

Public data updates run on the PC that holds the data pipeline; this page asks it and shows how it's going. Members' records are never touched.
